"I CALLED R/T SALES ON A SATURDAY. I WAS HOPING TO GET SOME ENGINE PARTS SO I COULD REBUILD. THE LADY IN THE PARTS DEPARTMENT WAS VERY HELPFUL. SHE FOUND MOST OF THE PARTS I NEEDED WITHIN MINUTES AND TOOK MY NUMBER SO SHE COULD RESEARCH THE REST FOR ME. NOT EVEN A HALF HOUR LATER SHE CALLED ME AND SAID SHE FOUND ALL THE PARTS I NEEDED AND SOME WERE NEW PART NUMBERS THAT IS WHY SHE DIDNT FIND RIGHT AWAY. AFTER A NICE CHAT WITH HER I FINALLY GOT HER NAME. SO THANK YOU TO RACHEL IN THE PARTS DEPARTMENT. I WAS ABLE TO GET MY SLED RUNNING AND HAD A GREAT TRIP. I OWE IT ALL TO HER.

"Last week me and a group of friends were up in michigan ejoying some winter fun. On day two of our trip my sled lost all guages and the headlight. We stopped in at a nearby dealership and they were unwilling to get my sled in for repairs becouse I didn't have an appointment. I called the dealership from which I purhesed my sled and there tech was unable to help me over the phone. My friend suggest that I called R/T Sales. I spoke with Chris in service and he was able to walk me through and figure out what the problem was by using a relay from my buddys sled in a matter of seconds. We went back into the dealership and baught a relay. Thank you Chris. It was great that you have knowledgeable technictians that are willing to help. Thank you again for saving my trip.

"IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND PARTS DEPARTMENT. THEN LOOK NO MORE. THE STAFF AT R/T SALES ARE THE BEST. I HAD A TRIP PLANNED THE WEEK OF CHRISTMAS AND I NEEDED TO FIND SOME PARTS FOR MY '96 FORMULA. MOST DEALERS WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE ME THE LIGHT OF DAY. WHEN I CALLED AND TALKED TO RACHEL, SHE JUMPED RIGHT IN AND FOUND ME THE PARTS. NOT ONLY THAT BUT NIC, THE SERVICE MANAGER, WAS ABLE TO GET MY SLED IN FOR SERVICE AND HELPED EXPLAIN IN DETAIL WHAT HIS SERVICE TECH DID AND HOW I CAN PREVENT THINGS FROM HAPPENING IN THE FURTURE.
I DO OWE THESE GUYS A GREAT BIG THANKS!
MY OVER ALL FIRST TIME WITH R/T SALES WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAD EVER HAD AT A DEALERSHIP.

" I have bought new and used Arctic-cat snowmobiles from R/T Sales. I can't complain about either one of my purchases. I also have my service work done on both of my sleds there. The Service Dept at R/T Sales is second to no one!! Every time I go on a big snowmobile trip, I make sure my sled is inspected by one of their three mechanics. I get satifactory work from either Paul, Todd, or Chris when it comes to preparing my sleds for the worst of elements. When it comes to sales, you want to talk to Scott or Ron. Either one of those men will get you in the correct purchase, no matter what the item. Also, they seem to get the price down so it isn't so hard on your wallet!! Lastly, The Parts Dept is very knowledgable. Either Nick or Mike or Rachel will get the correct part for your winter or summer toy. I have had nothing but good advice from both fellas.
